We have been using Blum kitchen fittings in both our wet and dry kitchen for the past 3 years, and honestly, the quality still feels as good as brand new — touch wood! Truly top-notch quality and definitely the best in the market in my opinion. What impressed me equally was their service. They were kind enough to send a technician, Mr. Sunil Kumar, for a quality check and even the tiniest repairs were attended to immediately. He was extremely patient, kind, and professional, waited for me despite my busy schedule, explained everything properly, and even left a small thoughtful gift from their side.
